I am starting to bring what I can into new habits and Pavlovian thinking. Ie retraining myself. I’m taking teeny tiny little baby steps. But those are a start! 

And a big change for me is trusting the steps. Doing the next right thing. I can’t control it all. And that is ok. And what will come before me is ok. So.  

This tired lady is going to bed.
