...and they taste delicious!  She kicked some kiln ass for her first 2017 firing! Tomorrow I will start to produce a lot of my own work to prep for the upcoming sale period this spring/summer. I think even just having a ton of bisque ware that I can then glaze based on what is popular is ideal.

Dremeling!

I am also so proud of my student. He spray glazed his work yesterday, loaded The kiln, using stilts as bases for his work as he glazed all sides, started her, unloaded her this afternoon, dremeled the bases, and photographed them!!! Wow! Rverything turned out beautifully! Did I mention he is 8 years old and this is his first venture into clay land. He also named one of my pieces that I will begin to produce in large number for Möbius Keramikk.

my student commented that this must be an old vest of mine as it clearly fit him perfectly... im big boned?!?

This afternoon a friend and I met for coffee and our continuing gin rummy battle. As we get better our banter gets a little brasher and this day it ended in a facebook duel! Its possible that a pic might have been taken of me displaying a particular finger and posted online... whoops! It was fun. I won. And we laughed a lot.
